In The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Toussaint Sword, you will learn about the location of materials that you need to craft this Toussaint Steel Sword. You need character level 48 to wield this weapon, it has pretty amazing abilities too such as armor piercing, increased critical hit and increased damage and it has also a bleeding or burning effect.

The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Toussaint Sword – Diagram Location:
You can get this diagram for crafting Toussaint Steel Sword in a treasure hunt quest called ‘The Last Exploits of Selina’s Gang’. You will first need to get the key from coast south of a cemetery in Beauclair. Travel to the Lebioda’s Gate and go directly west. It’ll be on a dead body which is guarded by many level 35 drowners.

Once you get that key, go to the Orlemurs cemetery. Descend into a catacombs and go into the main chamber and then to the left. You will find some containers in the corner. One of the containers is locked open it with the key you have found, and you will see the diagram inside this container.
Toussaint Steel Sword Stats:
Toussaint Steel Sword is a level 48 sword, which has 385 – 471 damage output. It provides +250 armor piercing, +15% critical hit chance and +75% critical hit damage. It also provide 15% chance to cause bleeding / burning with every hit. You can even insert 3 runes into it which can make this weapon even more powerful.
