The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine is the final expansion pack for The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. The expansion pack takes Geralt to Toussaint, a land spared from war but it has its own problems and issues. You can find 2 different endings in The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine, one is happy and other is tragic/bad. These two can be triggered in the quest called ‘Pomp and Strange Circumstance’.

The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Endings – Good Ending:
In good ending, the duchess and Syanna put all their differences aside and forgive each other. They lock arms in embrace while camera pans across the palace.
To get this ending, you will have to find and visit Syanna before talking to Damien and starting the ceremony. Go to the place where Syanna’s held and persuade guard so that you can speak to her. The dialogue options you need to choose are as follows: ‘Cause she turned her back on you, forgot about you’ then pick ‘Might ask her that’ and at last pick ‘Ever thought to forgive her?’ dialogue option.

After all this, go and talk to Damien and inform him about the true plans of Syanna (Fifth victim: know who it was supposed to be). He will thank you and then lead you to the ceremony. After this, when duchess asks if you are happy with the reward, tell her about plans of Syanna (Got bad news: Syanna was out to kill you).
When she asks for your opinion, tell her that Syanna is clearly guilty. When Syanna lays out her defense and starts the counterattack, tell her that you were children back then. This will activate a happy ending.
The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Endings – Bad Ending:
In the bad ending, both Syanna and Anna Henrietta died. Whole of Toussaint is in grieving and the country slowly becomes a victim of disrepair.

To trigger bad ending, just skip the part where you talk to Syanna before going to the ceremony. Just go to Damien and tell him that you are ready. When the duchess awards you the crest, Syanna then will be brought to her trial, and she will use this opportunity to kill her sister. Damien will try to stop her by putting a crossbow bolt through Syanna’s neck, but Syanna already did the damage.
