Forza Horizon 3 FPS Drops Issues:

  • While running the game in the background, Open the Task Manager
  • Right click on ‘Forza Horizon 3’ and open details

You will face this error if your DirectX version is not DirectX 12. To check your DirectX version follow the below steps;

  • Press [Windows logo key+R] to open Run dialog box.
  • Type dxdiag and press Enter to launch DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
  • On System tab in System Information window, look for DirectX version.
  • DirectX version must be 12 to play the Forza Horizon 3.
